What is included in light snow removal?
Light snow removal covers walkways and porches, keeping entrances safe and accessible. Each visit includes up to 20 minutes of shoveling. For larger driveways or heavy snowfall, we can provide a separate snow removal service.
What happens during a pipe & sink freeze check?
We inspect visible plumbing, sinks, and fixtures for freezing risk or leaks. If issues are spotted, you’ll receive an immediate photo update with recommendations.
What do you look for during pest control checks?
We check for signs of rodents, insects, or other pests. This includes inspecting entry points, food storage areas, and common trouble spots. Preventative traps or barriers can be placed as needed.
What is a security check?
We walk the property inside and out, confirming all doors and windows are secure and checking for signs of intrusion or damage.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes—subscriptions can be canceled any time. Services will continue through your current billing cycle.
Where do you provide service?
We currently serve Bayfield County, Ashland, Washburn, Delta, and surrounding areas.
*What is “Contractor Coordination”?
We line up trusted pros (roofers, plumbers, electricians, etc.), give them access, and keep you updated—so projects move forward without you driving up north.
What’s included with Premium?
Up to 2 contractor appointments per month
Access & lockup (we’re on site to let them in)
Basic updates (confirm time, quick text/email recap, photos when safe/practical)
What’s not included?
Paying contractors (you pay them directly)
Long, ongoing supervision (e.g., full remodels)
Guaranteeing contractor pricing, scheduling, or workmanship
How do approvals work?
You pre‑approve a budget or we text for approval. We won’t authorize scope changes without your OK. We can approve minor supplies up to $100 unless you set a different limit.
Rescheduling & cancellations
If a contractor cancels or weather intervenes, we’ll reschedule. Any vendor cancellation fees are the owner’s responsibility.
Liability
We coordinate; we’re not the contractor. All work is between you and the vendor. We verify they’re insured on request, but we don’t warrant outcomes.
Hourly overages & extras
More than 2 visits/month, or on‑site time beyond 1 hour per visit: $50/hr
Emergency / off‑hours (nights/weekends, or <24h notice): $75/hr
Work outside our standard service area: travel surcharge may apply
